Our Core Services

From 24-hour group home care to one-on-one community day programs, our services are fully tailored to each person’s unique abilities. We are dedicated to ensuring safety, choice, and a rich, meaningful quality of life for every individual we support.

Group Homes

CDBA operates three group homes that provide 24-hour support in safe, welcoming environments. Our focus is on supporting each individual to live as independently as possible while enjoying a meaningful quality of life in their home and community.

Accessing Our Services

Individuals interested in group home and day program services are asked to contact their Community Services Worker (CSW) with Community Living Service Delivery (CLSD). The CSW will provide the appropriate application forms and forward completed applications to our agency for review.

Day Program

CDBA’s Day Program provides individualized, one-on-one support tailored to each person’s unique needs, interests, and abilities. Supports are delivered in the community and are designed to promote independence, skill development, and meaningful participation. Program activities may include community volunteer opportunities, vocational or workshop programs, life-skills development, recreation and leisure activities, and physical fitness. Each day is planned with the Individual to encourage choice, engagement, and personal growth.
