Individualized Support
CDBA’s Day Program provides one-on-one support tailored to each person’s unique needs, interests, and abilities.
24-Hour Care
We operate three group homes that provide round-the-clock support in safe, welcoming, and inclusive environments.
Community Engagement
We design activities to promote participation, including volunteer opportunities, vocational workshops, and outings.
Personal Growth
Each day is planned with the Individual to encourage choice, engagement, physical fitness, and the development of life skills.
We’re Committed to Delivering Outstanding Support
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to dream big and live fully. Our focus is on going beyond core services to enhance the quality of life for the individuals we support. Through the dedication of our Intervenors and Disability Support Professionals, we bridge the gap between the individual and their environment.
Whether it is funding a staycation, purchasing accessible equipment, or organizing a community event, we strive to create moments of joy and independence.

What Individuals Supported say

I love all the staff, they are kind. I really enjoy the food here, the staff are great cooks. I love that I can make my own decisions.
